Curious about something?
Want something clarified?
Would you like to know how your tax dollars are being spent?
Fill out and submit a Citizens Request Form and email it to our city clerk, Judy Wild, at: email@example.com.
Make sure when you put in your request, you specifically ask the "documentation for" whatever it is you are inquiring about.
In the video that was posted yesterday to the Warwick Watch Facebook page, the city of Warwick responded to a records request question by stating: "this is in the form of a question , however..."
The incorrect format in which the question was asked:
"how many city employees are doing the 2nd floor Annex offices construction work?"
The request for records should have been asked in this format:
"provide the documentation for -or- produce the documents that show the number of city employees who worked on or are currently working on the Annex project exclusively."

It's your right to know, YOU pay for it!
