Why would the owners of an old, run down, uninhabitable property in Warwick RI allow it to continue to rot away when they own a huge farm in Maryland?
Went on Google Earth to see where the owners of the run down lot on Toll Gate road are located in Maryland and it looks like they possibly own a big farm there. According to the Google Earth (pin) after punching in the address of: 3601 WOODBINE RD RT 94 WOODBINE, MD 21797-7904
It looks so nice! Lot's of land for trailers and animals to run around on...
Why should Warwick taxpayers have to look at run down, blighted, uninhabitable properties along with individuals living on them that according to local laws... shouldn't be? Why do certain people get away with things and others don't? What's the connection?
