Looks like Janine Burke, Director of the Warwick Sewer Authority, finally got around to her Enabling Legislation Rules and Regulations that were due at the end of June. Better late than never? I'm sure most are just hoping for never.

The assessment shall be calculated by establishing the actual total project cost divided by the number of Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs) in the project area which shall be apportioned as provided herein:
Commercial Buildings: (based on Living Area as documented in the City Tax Assessor’s records)
