Neglected Pregnant Pitbull Scheduled to Have C-Section Somewhere In New Jersey, Had No Access To Food or Water. Owner Russell Taylor -Slapped With Multiple Violations- Tells Warwick Animal Control: "It's None of Your Business"
On Friday, August 25, 2017, Warwick animal control responded to a report of a pregnant female silver pitbull having no access to food or water, being neglected on a daily basis. The owner, Russell Taylor, residing at 44 Rosegarden St. has had previous incidents with animal control.
When animal control arrived yet again, the officer observed 5 dogs outside on Russell Taylor's property: a male silver pitbull, a pregnant female silver pitbull (ready to give birth & neglected), two silver pitbull puppies, and a Yorkie.
Warwick Watch went on the city's tax Online Assessment Database and found no property listed at 44 Rosegarden St.
Russell Taylor's property was littered with debris including broken down vehicles, tools, oil cans, gas cans, bottles, nails, screws and other material that could injure the dogs.
The dogs could easily get from inside to outside of the house, and the Yorkie did just that while animal control was on scene.
The pregnant female pitbull and the Yorkie were taken to the animal shelter for safe keeping because animal control was concerned that the dogs could easily escape the property.
When Russell Taylor finally got in touch with animal control and the situation was explained to him, he became hostile and stated: "you're judging my character on my dogs" and he went on to say: "it's none of your business when it comes to my dogs."
When asked again by animal control how many dogs Russell Taylor actually had in total on his property, he again responded: "it's none of your business."
Russell Taylor also stated that the the pregnant pitpull named "Leila" had an appointment for a C-Section all the way in the state of New Jersey.
I hope Warwick animal control will be paying Mr. Taylor another visit to check up on the condition of the pitbull puppies and their mother who delivered them by C-Section somewhere in New Jersey.
Mr. Taylor, it is everyone's business when it comes to animal neglect and the breeding of pitbulls for who knows what else.
Russell Taylor received multiple violations and the entire incident report is below.
