At the most recent City of Warwick Board of Public Safety meeting that took place on 2/27/2018, an underage drinking liquor license violation against McKinley's Pub, located at 1 Division Street on the Warwick/East Greenwich line was issued.
Underaged drinking led a 20 year old to cause some damage to the EG Yacht Club. McKinley's Pub on the Warwick/ East Greenwich line (technically in Warwick if that makes any sense), stays open until 1:00 am, while all of the surrounding bars just over the line in East Greenwich close at 12:00am. When the other bars close, some will choose to walk down to McKinley's for last call, as they stay open an hour later than everyone else.
McKinley's failed to document 20 year old Joseph Delgiulio in their underage sign-in book, and bartender/manager Danielle Duschesneau stated it's hard to detect under aged subjects using fake ID's.
The Warwick Board of Public Safety found McKinley's Pub management to be in violation of RIGL 3-8-5 "Penalty For Violations Relating To Underage persons".
